Conor Lamb is going to be a litmus test for what will happen later this year. He’s trying to win the 18th district of Pennsylvania and all signs suggest that he just might be able to do it. There are going to be obstacles in the way, but overall it seems that the time to take on big money and the politicians behind it is coming. End Citizens United is proud to say that it supports him and wants to see his success in this area.
The 18th district of Pennsylvania went for Trump with a considerable margin. The new wave of politics is likely to help decide where they will go in the future and it suggest that things are looking good for Democrats. There is a great advantage in both funding and enthusiasm from the left with many who supported Trump deciding they aren’t quite satisfied. The only way to get people back is to find a way to make a message that will appeal to them and let them know that they are not forgotten. Lamb is going to tailor is message to the district through the use of economic themes designed to appeal to them specifically.
End Citizens United has already helped bring about so much progress already, but it has much more to give and much more it plans on doing in the long run. This year is going to be a busy one with lots of efforts designed to help get voters out and provide a new direction for Democrats. Nobody wants to see money continue to corrupt our politics and give the wrong interests power over our lives. There is a time to take a stand and time appears to be the 2018 electoral season. The best chance for success is right now.
Conor Lamb is being endorsed for a reason. He is going to make this special election a litmus test for how this country will go in the near future. We won’t know for sure what happens in November until we’re actually there, but we can make a good guess based on what happens now. He’s certainly prepared for what might just end up coming true and he wants to make sure everyone is fully aware of his message. End Citizens United has always supported this specific type of candidate and that isn’t going to change now that he’s up for election.
